Alana C. Matthews is the owner, founder and CEO of Alautus Clothing Company, a women’s custom luxury clothing company. Alana founded Alautus after over a decade of practicing law and over eight years as a leading executive in professional sports. Prior to Alautus, Alana Matthews was with the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League for over eight years and held the role of Executive Vice President Business Operations and General Counsel. During her tenure with the Dallas Stars, Alana was the first female executive at the C-suite level for the franchise under current ownership, the youngest General Counsel in all major league sports when she took on her role, and the first female in the official Dallas Stars franchise photograph. As head of operations, Alana led Legal, HR, Accounting & Finance, IT, Payroll, and the Comerica Center, a multipurpose event center hosting the Dallas Mavericks G-League team, the Texas Legends among other third party and sporting events. G8RTech^TM, LLC (“G8RTech”), warrants that the G8RSkin^TM balaclava, when used, handled, maintained, and worn strictly in accordance with the included use and care instructions, will be substantially free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three months from the purchase date. Products returned to G8RTech and confirmed by us to be defective during the limited warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at G8RTech’s option.

This information does not give assurance of any level of performance, protection, or benefit offered by the G8RSkin^TM balaclava. G8RTech does not represent or warrant that the information is complete, accurate, or current, and reserves the right to delete, update, and modify such information at any time without prior notice.

No impact protection system can protect a user from all injuries. In all events the user assumes all risks, including all risks of bodily injury, death, and loss of or damage to property, arising from the user’s participation in athletic, recreational and any other activities while wearing the G8RSkin^TM balaclava. The G8RSkin^TM balaclava is not a substitute for and must not replace the protective gear, such as helmets, shoulder pads, and restraints, associated with the specific activity engaged in by the user. The G8RSkin^TM balaclava is intended to supplement and to be used in conjunction with standard protective gear.

To maximize the benefits of the G8RSkin^TM balaclava, proper fit and care of the G8RSkin^TM balaclava in combination with other standard protective gear are essential. This includes proper wearing and securing of the correct size of G8RSkin^TM balaclava on the head and shoulders, washing the G8RSkin^TM balaclava in cold water only using a mild detergent without bleach, and air or tumble drying at temperatures below 120°F (48.9°C). Do not expose the G8RSkin^TM balaclava to temperatures above 120°F (48.9°C) or below -25°F (-31.6°C). Users are advised to read and follow all of the other important instructions contained with the product. Warning: failure to abide by the instructions provided with the G8RSkin^TM balaclava could reduce the performance of the product and void the limited product warranty.
