Jorgen is an experienced start-up CFO, leading equity and debt fundraising, building finance and operations teams, and leading FP&A, analytics and operations at a number of startups. He was most recently CFO at Lyte, a live event ticketing and revenue management platform. Prior to Lyte, he was CFO and SVP Operations at MealPal, CFO at small business fintech Behalf, SVP Finance and password manager Dashlane, founding President of UK fintech lender 118118 Money and held senior operations and finance roles at Revolution Money and, following its acquisition, at American Express. Before entering the startup world, Jorgen was an equity research analyst at Piper Jaffray and held various analytics and management roles at The Marshall Group, a commercial finance company. He is a CFA charter holder and graduated from Colby College with a degree in economics.

G8RTechTM, LLC (“G8RTech”), warrants that the G8RSkinTM balaclava, when used, handled, maintained, and worn strictly in accordance with the included use and care instructions, will be substantially free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three months from the purchase date. Products returned to G8RTech and confirmed by us to be defective during the limited warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at G8RTech’s option.

The information regarding the G8RSkinTM balaclava’s protective benefits represent data obtained from third party laboratory testing of pre-production prototype units, and not from field testing of the final product on actual users. This information does not give assurance of any level of performance, protection, or benefit offered by the G8RSkinTM balaclava. G8RTech does not represent or warrant that the information is complete, accurate, or current, and reserves the right to delete, update, and modify such information at any time without prior notice.
No impact protection system can protect a user from all injuries. In all events the user assumes all risks, including all risks of bodily injury, death, and loss of or damage to property, arising from the user’s participation in athletic, recreational and any other activities while wearing the G8RSkinTM balaclava. The G8RSkinTM balaclava is not a substitute for and must not replace the protective gear, such as helmets, shoulder pads, and restraints, associated with the specific activity engaged in by the user. The G8RSkinTM balaclava is intended to supplement and to be used in conjunction with standard protective gear.
To maximize the benefits of the G8RSkinTM balaclava, proper fit and care of the G8RSkinTM balaclava in combination with other standard protective gear are essential. This includes proper wearing and securing of the correct size of G8RSkinTM balaclava on the head and shoulders, washing the G8RSkinTM balaclava in cold water only using a mild detergent without bleach, and air or tumble drying at temperatures below 120°F (48.9°C). Do not expose the G8RSkinTM balaclava to temperatures above 120°F (48.9°C) or below -25°F (-31.6°C). Users are advised to read and follow all of the other important instructions contained with the product. Warning: failure to abide by the instructions provided with the G8RSkinTM balaclava could reduce the performance of the product and void the limited product warranty.
